Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions between you and Janelle Ashman, a sole proprietor doing business as Inner Depths Healing (“Janelle,” “we,” “us,” “our”, or “Inner Depths Healing”) that govern any Transactions you may make.

Janelle Ashman is not a licensed physician and cannot diagnose any illness, physical or psychological. If you have or suspect you have a medical or psychological problem please consult your health care provider.

The treatment provided by Janelle Ashman is alternative or complementary to healing services licensed by the state of California and as such Janelle Ashman and the services she offers are not licensed by the state of California. Such practice is permissible under the California State Senate Bill SB577 in effect as of January 2003.

Janelle Ashman is an Intuitive Energy Healer trained in the Usui Reiki Ryoho system of Natural Healing. The services provided are intuitive and spiritually guided energy healing that may be hands on. Healing comes from divine universal energy and is based on faith and prayer.

During sessions, experiences will differ for each client and vary from one session to the next as Janelle follows intuitive guidance to offer what is needed in each moment and maximize efficiency of treatments.

By receiving this treatment, you are voluntarily requesting energy healing, spiritual understanding, behavioral improvement and/or self-development and understand that it does not represent a diagnosis and that no results or outcome are guaranteed.

Clients remain fully clothed at all times and will not be touched in sensitive areas. If you, the client, have any specific sensitive areas it is your responsibility to inform us. If you feel uncomfortable at any point during your session, it is your responsibility to inform us so we can stop and/or adjust treatment accordingly.

You understand that your participation is voluntary at all times and may choose to end your participation.

You, the client, understand that any information exchanged during any session or follow up email communication is educational in nature and is to be used at your own discretion.

You, the client, understand that by agreeing to these terms and conditions are assuming full responsibility for your services and hold harmless the practitioner, Janelle, and the facility/location where services are provided.

Any form of abuse, threats, or intoxication are not tolerated and Janelle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If a client is on the premises for an in-person session and is refused service, they will be expected to leave immediately and no refund will be provided.

Transactions are non-refundable but transferrable with 48 hours notice.

If a client arrives under 10 minutes late, their session will be shortened in order to accommodate other following appointments. You, the client, will be responsible for the “full” session regardless of the length of the treatment given.

The client understands that long term imbalances in the body require multiple sessions to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself and bring the system back into balance.

Client acknowledges self-improvement requires commitment on their part and must be willing to change in a positive way to receive the full benefits.

Client agrees to turn off all electronic devices upon entering the on-site premises to create a peaceful and relaxing environment.
No information will be discussed or shared with any third parties without your consent.
